Other items provide you more options. QuickBooks Online's most popular Plus subscription similarly includes a five-user limit, but no limit on the number of clients. Wave has no restrictions on the number of users or clients who can utilize it. Xero's plans limit the number of invoices you can send rather than the number of users or clients you can have.

In the Lite plan, there is no bank reconciliation or access to an accountant.

Basic functions such as bank account reconciliation are not included in the lowest tier package. It also prevents you from granting access to a bookkeeper or accountant. Even in their most basic plans, most accounting software providers provide these essential services.

There will be no tax projections every quarter.

FreshBooks delivers quarterly tax reports, however, unlike QuickBooks Online and others, it does not anticipate quarterly income tax payments.
